The Maltese Rabbit is a speciality at Ta' Victor Restaurant and is cooked in various ways. Dishes included, Rabbit in Tomato sauce, fried Rabbit and Spaghetti with Rabbit sauce. All these are accompanied with a selection of nuts, Zalzett Malti (Maltese sausage), Gbejniet (cheeselets) and obviously fresh Maltese bread.
